Welcome to the FHA Lender Online Application! Your established credentials will allow you to submit and track your online application to become an FHA Approved Institution.
We encourage you to review Housing Handbook 4000.1; and gather all of the required information and documentation before beginning the application process.
FHA Lender User Credentials will expire 120 days from the date established, independent of the date of the application status. When your credentials expire, it is highly suggested you create new login credentials and submit a new application.
To submit a new application, click the Start New Application link below.
To continue or track an application in process, please click the Tracking Number hyperlink in the Current Applications at the bottom of the screen. If you have multiple applications listed, please ensure you select the correct Tracking Number.
